Home-made Ice Honeycomb Bean Curd


Ice honeycomb bean curd consists of small holes which are honeycome-like or sponge-like and it is awesome in stews or braised dishes as it will absorb the gravy easily making it very tasty 😉 It can also be deep-fried and used in curries or soy braised pork.



2 pieces home-made or store-bought white bean curd or soft bean curd


  • Freeze bean curd for 2 – 3 days
  • Remove and defrost, cut it into pieces as desired .. squeeze out the water and voila! your ice honeycomb bean curd is ready!
