Stir Fried Mung Bean Sprouts

One of my earlier posts, I featured Stir Fried Soya Bean Sprouts … here, is the Mung Bean Sprouts which is a more popularly used bean sprouts, especially in Asian/Chinese cooking

You can see the difference of Mung Bean Sprouts vs Soya Bean Sprouts … one has smaller bean head to the sprouts the other has a truly huge bean head 😉 …the latter is crunchier … but both taste equally nice 😉
