Screwpine Leaves aka Daun Pandan …this is the “Vanilla of the East” …these leaves is used both for its perfume as well as a natural green food colour 😉
Chinese Chives … I used this a lot for omelettes as well as steamed dumplings, what you’d get when you go for ‘dim sum’ brunch 😉
Chinese Chives Flowers …it is from these blooms that you get ‘black seeds’ which if scattered to the ground, more chives will sprout again 🙂
Thai Basil … with mauve (pink-purple) flowers …
