Black Pudding

Loads of this left after our big breakfast fry-up … any good suggestions how else I can use this in a dinner dish?

  1. I love chopping the black pudding into about 1 inch cubes and then frying it until its crisp and dropping it into a bowl of bubbling hot spring onion congee. I also like it on pizza.

    • 😦 unfortunately Hubby don’t like congee … I assume you are referring to rice congee? I know I can stuff it into chicken breast but don’t think we’ll fancy that but I think your idea of adding it onto a pizza is quite inviting so I may just give that a go … I probably may make a Black Pudding Potato Hash and serve up with a grilled meat dish or over salad … besides trying out a pizza … shall let you know how we like it..thanks 😉
